I offer beginning and intermediate Raw Food Lifestyle discussions, prep classes, demos and lectures throughout the Napa Valley and Bay Area of Northern California. In addition, I travel and offer these classes at various destinations in the US and abroad. The class dates and formats will appear here, so please check back often and join us when you can. We'd love to meet you and share our passion and food. |

If you have family and/or friends in an area where I will be please let me know and I'll contact them. Perhaps they'd like to join me or they have a local organization, health food store or group we could schedule a talk for while I'm in their area. I also list local groups offering Pot Lucks or Meet-ups in our immediate area. Please join us! We're not scary and we love to share with new raw foodies. We all started somewhere and navigated this journey with each others help. We'd love to help you. | |
