Potluck Ideas
Thanks for your interest in our Napa Valley Raw Food Potlucks. Both Napa and Calistoga currently host a monthly potluck. Check back often for updates on their scheduled dates and locations. (see schedule on the “upcoming events” page). We’d love to see you at one of our potlucks. It’s not scary and often “first-timers” comment – “I had no idea raw food was SO good” !!

Following is a list of easy raw ideas for your first pot luck. Please don’t let these limit you or your creativity. Bring whatever you like and what fits into your budget and time schedule.
If you’d like to try your hand at making something, remember to keep it simple. There are wonderful raw food cookbooks out there to give you additional ideas and coach you in the “how to’s “, until then, here’s my ideas for ya.

Here are some basic guidelines for potluck items. Remember - organic ingredients are always best
· A salad with a simple homemade dressing
· A plate of crudités (baby carrots, zucchini or celery spears, cauliflower, and broccoli florets.
· A bowl of homemade guacamole or a couple of avocados.
· A fruit salad or plate of sliced fruit
· A pint of Coconut Bliss (the yummiest ice cream ever !!)
· One of the prepared raw food items from Whole Foods (i.e. flax crackers, cookies or spreads)
